How It Works
You fill out a short questionnaire and schedule an initial consultation with a Personal Fitness Agent (PFA).
Your PFA learns about your goals, budget, schedule, and personality, then delivers a personalized wellness plan.
After accepting or modifying the plan, you begin your sessions with the trainers, classes, gyms, nutritionists, and other health and wellness professionals that can help you reach your goals.
As your move forward, your PFA contacts you regularly to check on your progress, get your feedback, and determine whether changes should be made to your plan.
